. . . FROM O.J. CHING
O.J. is just like you. He is a hard-working parent of three who recently went through a tough time. After being unable to work for a while due to a disability, he went through a divorce and had to go six months without seeing his children. Finally, he was granted supervised visitations through our Nassau Supervised Visitation program (NSV).
O.J. was back at work but couldn’t drive, so he took a 60 minute bus from Long Beach to our Hempstead location. He and his children were overjoyed when the first saw each other. After several months of visitations, O.J. received partial custody of his kids.
Thanks to NSV, O.J. was able to build a better relationship and reunite with his children (read O.J.’s full story here). The program and staff have had such a terrific impact on his life, that he has pledged to donate $60, one dollar for each minute he spent on the bus waiting to see his kids, to NSV.
Please #JoinOJforNSV and donate whatever you can today
to help over 500 families that are just like yours.
