Samuel J. Ferrara, Esq. Appointed to EAC Network’s Board of Directors

Hempstead, NY – October 8, 2018 – Recently appointed to EAC Network’s Board of Directors is West Islip resident Samuel J. Ferrara, Esq., Executive Partner and Co-Director of the Family and Matrimonial Law department at Lake Success-based Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, LLP.

Mr. Ferrara is a highly-recognized litigator and negotiator, counseling clients in matrimonial and family law as well as in transactional, corporate, and commercial matters. He shares his expertise in parent education, custody, and parental access as an instructor at various professional organizations and as an adjunct professor at Hofstra University, where he received his J.D. His professional focus areas directly align with many of EAC Network’s children and family programs, including the Long Island Parenting Institute (LIPI), Supervised Visitation, and Project Access.

Mr. Ferrara is one of the directors of the co-parenting skills enhancement program called Parent Education and Custody Effectiveness program (PEACE), is on the Board of Directors of the Nassau County Bar Association, and is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Suffolk County Bar Association.

With an interest in “supporting an organization that provides so much to the community” by “giving those in need [and the] less fortunate an opportunity to succeed through education and empowerment,” Mr. Ferrara is welcomed to EAC Network with open arms.
