Kids Helping Kids Gives the Gift of Warmth to EAC Network Kids

December 21, 2018, Hempstead, NY – EAC Network received a generous donation of warm coats and winter apparel from Kids Helping Kids, By Kids Way, Inc. These essential items are distributed to children within EAC Network’s Children & Youth programs.

Kids Helping Kids is led by Executive Director Bob Eslick, and was founded by his sons Robert A.J. Eslick and Philip M. Eslick in 1997. Their mission is to engage youth in philanthropy and teach the value of helping others. The organization’s Fifteenth Annual “Making a Warmth of Difference” winter apparel drive donated new, branded winter coats, jackets, and fleece, that were donated by Kids Helping Kids to local nonprofits that assist Long Island kids and families in need.

“We are truly amazed and thankful for the continued generosity of Bob Eslick and Kids Helping Kids,” said Lance W. Elder, President & CEO, EAC Network. “It’s inspiring to witness how Bob’s efforts impact so many children in need. We are incredibly grateful to partner with him and Kids Helping Kids to offer the lasting gift of warmth.”

EAC Network serves children who have been physically abused, are at-risk of exploitation, and are in foster care. Many of these children have little to no belongings and rely on the generous donations of others.
