GRAND OPENING AND RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED EAC NETWORK’S NEW CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS
Celebrated with Elected Officials and Community Partners

EAC Network hosted a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony that officially announced the opening of its new corporate headquarters at 99 Quentin Roosevelt Boulevard in Garden City, NY. EAC Network’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Neela Mukherjee Lockel, MSW, MPA, EAC Network board members, elected officials, and community partners were all present in support of strengthening the connection between government and communities.

Neela Mukherjee Lockel, President and Chief Executive Officer, said, “EAC Network was incredibly proud to introduce its new corporate headquarters that support our long-term vision and mission to empower, assist, and care for people in need throughout the New York Metropolitan area.” Lockel added, “This celebration truly marked a milestone for EAC Network as we have created and built a lasting infrastructure and legacy to meet the changing and growing needs of our region’s most vulnerable and at-risk populations.”

Richard Kessel, EAC Network’s Board Chairman, added, “EAC Network continues to engage in innovative ways to provide over 100 vital programs and direct support services for people in need. The agency’s move to this central location is a notable component in the delivery of critically needed assistance for those who need our help. With this strong infrastructure in place, EAC can support people in need and build partnerships that will sustain its mission well into the future.”

Celebration attendee Richard Nicolello, Legislator 9th District, Presiding Officer, Nassau County, said, “Official congratulations to EAC Network. Thank you on behalf of all Nassau County residents that you help. You are doing God’s work.” Jill D. Nevin, Commissioner, County of Nassau Department of Human Services, who also attended the event said, “Congratulations to EAC Network on this wonderful move. Thank you for the tremendous work you do. You change lives.” Town of Hempstead Senior Councilwoman Dorothy Goosby, added, “EAC Network is a wonderful organization. Continue the work you are doing, and thank you for all that you do.”

EAC Network’s corporate headquarters occupy 8,000 square feet on the 2nd floor at 99 Quentin Roosevelt Boulevard. The offices are now home to the agency’s executive, administration, finance, human resources, and marketing and development departments, as well its senior and nutrition service programs including Meals On Wheels and In-Home Respite.
