EAC Network recently received a Certificate of Appreciation from MSC at their second annual Breakfast of Champions event, which recognizes the Long Island-based company’s local nonprofit partners.

MSC is a leading North American distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products and services based in Melville, New York. The company has built strong partnerships with local and national nonprofit organizations throughout its 75-year history.

MSC has supported EAC Network significantly through funding since the inception of its charitable program in 2006. For the past few years, the company has been the Presenting Sponsor at EAC Network’s annual Party to Protect Children, which benefits the organization’s Children & Youth Services that work deeply with children who are victims of child abuse and neglect or who are involved in the foster care system or child trafficking.

“MSC has remained steadfast in its mission to better the community and its employees,” said Lance W. Elder, President & CEO at EAC Network. “They serve as a great example for all for-profit companies and we are grateful for their support.”

Erik Gershwind, MSC’s President & CEO, and Alessandra Cavalluzzi, Director of Community Relations, recognized all of MSC’s nonprofit partners, including the LGBT Network, Ronald McDonald House of Long Island, and United Way of Long Island.
