Continuing our Pinwheels of Prevention campaign this month, Patty, Lello, Joan, and Mary on behalf of the Women of West Islip created two incredible pinwheel gardens with 240 pinwheels in honor of #NationalChildAbusePreventionMonth.
Assemblyman Mike LiPetri, Suffolk County Legislator Steve Flotteron – 11th LD, Commissioner of Public Works for the Town of Islip Tom Owens, and Islip Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter were also in attendance to show their support.
