Stephen LaMagna, Esq. Joins EAC Network’s Board of Directors

Hempstead, NY – September 21, 2018EAC Network is proud to announce the appointment of Stephen Wade LaMagna, Esq. of Merrick, NY, founding partner of Martello & LaMagna, P.C. in Garden City, NY, to its Board of Directors.

Mr. LaMagna began his career specializing in criminal law as a prosecutor with the Nassau County District Attorneys Office where he earned the reputation as an aggressive, thorough, and skillful trial attorney. In 1992 he became a founding partner of his law firm Martello & LaMagna, P.C.. Mr. LaMagna utilized his experience and knowledge of prosecution to transition to become a zealous defender of his clients’ rights, where he has thrived for nearly three decades.

“Mr. LaMagna’s extensive experience working with clients involved with DWIs, narcotics, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and more, directly relate to many of the human service programs we offer, including our Second Chances in Occupant Protection for Everyone (SCOPE), Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities (TASC), Batterer Intervention Program (BIP), and Child Advocacy Center programs, respectively,” said Lance W. Elder, President & CEO at EAC Network.  “We are thrilled to have someone with his expertise in these areas lend additional knowledge to our team.”

Mr. LaMagna is admitted to the NYS Bar Association, the US District Court for the Eastern District of NY as well as the US District Court for the Southern District of NY and is a member of the Criminal Court Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
