Paul M. Paul uses his valuable legal expertise to serve EAC’s Community Guardianship Program and help aging New Yorkers dealing with physical or mental illness, developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s disease, and more.
He’s also a legal advisor on EAC’s Suffolk County Elder Abuse Enhanced Multidisciplinary Team (E-MDT), working with Program Coordinator, Hailey Gordon, who ensures that clients get the necessary combination of resources, expertise, attention, and guidance. A solutions-oriented litigator and dedicated client advocate, Paul contests guardianships and estate litigation proceedings in the Surrogate’s Courts. His courtroom and dispute resolution experience keeps clients informed, while avoiding business succession and estate planning conflicts and pitfalls. In addition to his vital EAC involvement, Paul is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, where he’s Co-Chair of the Surrogate’s Court Committee serving various Part 36 roles in New York State courts.
