Bobby is a speaker, mentor, and award recipient at national conferences on roofing and construction for topics as vast as ‘Selling to Millennials’, ‘Best Practices’, and ‘Predicting the Future of the Industry’. Lance W. Elder

Honoree Lance W. Elder, retired President & CEO, will join Bobby and Douglas in being recognized by EAC Network. His 22-year career at EAC Network started when Chuck Fuschillo, then the Chief Operating Officer of EAC Network, recruited Lance to join his board of directors. After two years of serving on the board, EAC Network recruited Lance to serve as the agency’s President & CEO. Before working with the agency, Lance ran the Nassau Coliseum. Coming out of the for-profit world, and into the non-profit world, Lance had a clear picture of what I needed to do for people in need. With a vision was to bring about lasting change, he went on to positively impact the lives of thousands of people in our communities.

Lance received the Rider University Alumni Association’s Harold L. Conover Leadership Award for exemplary leadership qualities in a not-for-profit organization, and numerous awards including appointment as an honorary Vice Chair of the New York Area U.S.M.C. Toys for Tots Drive, the President’s Award presented by the Association for Addiction Professionals of New York, and the Excellence in Teaching and Scholarship Award from St. John’s University where he was an adjunct professor for more than 20 years. While at St. John’s he was also selected as an arbitrator/mediator for the New York State Mediation Board.

As an involved member of the community, Lance has served as the former Chairman of the Board of the Health and Welfare Council of Long Island, the Advisory Council on Vocational Education at Nassau Community College, and the International Association of Assembly Managers. He still sits on Board of the Long Island Federally Qualified Health Centers, and is a member of the Nassau County Domestic Violence Task Force, and Nassau County Heroin Prevention Task Force.

Lance is married to Sally Elder, and has three children, and six grandchildren.

EAC Network thanks all three of its distinguished 2021 honorees for their outstanding contributions, community service,  and dedication to vulnerable populations within our communities.
