EAC Network recently held its 31st Annual Golf for Good event where $155,000 was raised for vital programs and direct support services that benefit at-risk children and youth, families, seniors, the incapacitated, and other at-risk populations throughout Long Island and New York City. Douglas D. Moyal, Esq., Bobby Shannon, Esq., and Lance W. Elder, were honored for their outstanding community-minded efforts and contributions.
“With the growing and changing unmet needs of those we are serving throughout the pandemic, we cannot overstate our gratitude to everyone who supported this event and our mission to empower, assist, and care for those in need,” said President and Chief Executive Officer, Neela Mukherjee Lockel MSW, MPA. “We especially thank our lead sponsors, NFP, Treeline, PSEG Long Island, and Quatela Chimeri, as well as our esteemed honorees and committee members, who collectively supported and ensured the overall success of this event.”
The funds raised at Golf for Good will help to address the areas of greatest need within EAC Network’s 100+ programs and services including Children & Youth, Families & Communities, Behavioral Health & Criminal Justice, Seniors & the Incapacitated, and Vocational Services.
