EAC Network and Panera Bread are proud to partner to promote the launch of Panera Bread’s new delivery service!

For one week, 20% of all delivery purchases made across participating Long Island and Brooklyn locations using the promo code “FUND” will support EAC Network’s Meals on Wheels program. The proceeds will support the delivery of meals to local homebound seniors in need who will no longer have to choose between their next meal and other expenses, such as medical needs.

Delivery orders must be placed online at delivery.panerabread.com or through Panera’s mobile app.  Long Island and Brooklyn participating locations include Carle Place, Hicksville, Huntington Station, Bohemia, East Meadow, Rockville Centre, Hauppauge, Farmingdale, Little Neck, New Hyde Park, Massapequa Park, Port Jefferson Station, Lake Grove, Syosset, Plainview, Garden City, and Patchogue and Adams Street Brooklyn. Delivery hours are 11am-8pm, with the exception of Adams Street Brooklyn and Port Jefferson Station, which are 11am-3pm Monday-Friday.
