We’d love to thank Imagination Dollhouses for Children for our Child Advocacy Center’s new custom-made dollhouse. Imagination Dollhouses for Children is a nonprofit founded in 2008 by Josef Soper who donates his time and energy to build beautiful dollhouses for child advocacy centers around the country.
Student Peer Mediators from Dodd Middle School in Freeport were recently invited guests on a court visit in the Village of Hempstead by Hon. Joy Watson, who had previously swore them in after their completion of a 16-hour Peer Mediation Training by EAC Network’s Long Island Dispute Resolution Centers.
Huge thanks to the AARP volunteers who came out to our food pantry to help sort, prepare, and pack food for clients in our food-based programs like Nutrition Education & Food Services, which supports people living with AIDS in Nassau County.

Our In-Home Respite Services program was very fortunate to have had six caring and competent individuals attend our most recent New Companion Orientation, which allows them to join our team of wonderful companions who give family caregivers of the elderly much needed time off!
The New York Islanders recently donated $4,371 to EAC Network as a part of the New York Islanders Hockey With a Heart Program, which helps bring local charities and organizations to fans directly. The game put a spotlight on the good work and mission of EAC Network while raising much needed support for our organization through a sold-out game!
Danna R. donated several “sweet cases” on behalf of the Pride in Athletics (PAL) Sound Tigers 12 U-AA team. The team, including her son Brandon, prepared the sweet cases for the children being served at our Child Advocacy Center. Thank you!
The Huntington Charity Workshop, which is part of the Huntington Senior Center, recently donated tons of hand-made comfort blankets, hats, and sweaters to give to the children who come to our Child Advocacy Center. Represented by Barbara M., Coordinator of the Huntington Charity Workshop, the seniors spend countless hours all year long to create the hand-made items, which provide comfort and ease to our children during a traumatic time period of their lives.
