2019 marks the 33rd year that In-Home Respite Services is supporting family caregivers in Nassau County! The program’s longevity and success are all due to the commitment, dedication, and care of our volunteer respite companions. Recently, In-Home Respite Services hosted a training luncheon as well as presented awards to volunteers who hit service milestones. Congratulations to Evelyn T. (5 years), Lisa C. (20 years), and Lorraine K. (25 years), and thank you to our 40+ volunteers for all that you do. We couldn’t help seniors in need without you!
