EAC Network hosted its highly-anticipated Casino Night on November 15, 2018 at the Heritage Club at Bethpage. It was an exciting and exhilarating evening, featuring our favorite table and card games, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, live and silent auctions and much more. Your support for EAC Network’s Casino Night helps us continue to empower, assist and care for local children, families and seniors in crisis.

EAC Network’s 2018 Casino Night is the premier high-stakes affair of the year for socially-conscious Long Islanders. It gives local residents the opportunity to mix, mingle, and gamble — all in the name of charity.

You can also participate in auctions, while enjoying decadent desserts and an open bar.
Tickets cost $250, which includes $100 in “funny money.” Sponsorships and underwriting opportunities are also available, which feature additional perks, like a virtual journal ad and a social media shout out.

EAC Network is a diverse nonprofit social service agency that empowers, assists and cares for Long Islanders and New York City residents in crisis. We work to help individuals within our community through innovative programming that improves their quality of life.
EAC Network has grown to offer more than 70 programs over the past 46 years. However, many of society’s core problems remain unsolved. We strive to respond to human needs with programs and services that protect children, promote healthy families and communities, help seniors and empower individuals to take control of their lives.

Casino Night’s 2018 Honorees
This year’s Casino Night honorees are Louis A. Bruno of East Islip, James Bruno of Great River and Louis Guerra of Deer Park, who are partners of O’Shea Funeral Homes (Albrecht Bruno & O’Shea Funeral Homes and Charles J. O’Shea Funeral Homes).
Each partner has ties to his community, including the Chamber of Commerce, the Kiwanis Club, the Rotary Club, and the For the Kids Foundation. All are also vigorous supporters of the Children of Hope Foundation, which has saved so many lives for so many years. They hold titles as past presidents of The Nassau/Suffolk Funeral Directors Association as well as past presidents of The Rotary of the Islips. Each partner also holds the rank of 4th Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus.
A family-first attitude, community service, and a strong faith towards helping others in times of need are the prides and blessings upheld at the Charles J. O’Shea Funeral Homes in Wantagh and East Meadow and the Albrecht, Bruno & O’Shea Funeral Home in East Islip.
