This Giving Tuesday, on December 3rd, EAC Network invites you to join our 55-year legacy of making a difference across New York City and Long Island. Since 1969, we have Empowered, Assisted, and Cared for over 65,000 New Yorkers each year through innovative programs that address critical needs—from protecting vulnerable children to supporting seniors and offering life-saving resources in behavioral health and criminal justice. EAC Network helps people when they need it the most, and we know there is always More to Do!
To celebrate this milestone, we’re launching our #55for55 Campaign. By donating $55, you can help us continue and expand our work from Staten Island to Montauk and all seven counties in between.
At EAC Network, it’s more than just Giving Tuesday; it’s the Giving Season. And with your support, the Giving Season starts today!
One of our most rewarding areas of impact, yet one of the most often overlooked populations, is our seniors. That’s why we’re highlighting EAC’s work with seniors.
We protect and serve seniors through these EAC programs:
-
Meals on Wheels
-
Four Senior Centers
-
Community Guardianship
-
Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program (EISEP)
-
Elder Abuse Enhanced Multidisciplinary Team (E-MDT)
-
Surrogate Decision-Making Committee (SDMC)
-
In-Home Respite Services
-
Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP)
-
Weatherization Referral And Packaging program (WRAP)
How Your $55 Donation Helps
When you give $55, you’re not just contributing to our impact; you’re investing in the future of New York’s communities. With your help, EAC Network can continue to provide meals to seniors, counsel individuals in crisis, guide children toward brighter futures, and empower those striving to rebuild their lives.

About EAC Network
We Empower communities.
We Assist with access to complex service systems.
We Care for individuals and families in need.
Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz said it best: “I trust EAC to provide services for our residents.” Your support matters because, although we are talking about over 100 programs, we are truly talking about equity.
Equity is embedded in our values and mission statement: our mission is to foster a more compassionate and just society. We are a network of vital programs and resources that ensure every person has an opportunity to achieve a better life.
Each dollar you contribute directly impacts our local neighborhoods and helps families as we continue to adapt and respond to the issues facing our communities today and tomorrow.
Protect, Stability, Jobs, Family, Compassion, Strength, Courage, Independence, Growth, Healing—these are the key words that drive our work every day. Join us by donating $55 to honor our 55 years of service and to support our continued work in your neighborhood tomorrow.
