WE LOVE OUR STAFF!
Here at EAC Network we care about our clients. We will always go above and beyond to make sure our children, families, and seniors have the attention and services they need. In fact, we’re quite proud about how much we advocate for our clients and our community!
But, first and foremost, we are a team. EAC Network cares for our community because our staff care for our community. We can’t do it without our amazing, hardworking social workers, case managers, and more. Our employees always make that extra phone call, fill out that extra form, run that extra errand, and do whatever it takes to make sure our clients have everything they need to succeed.
Our team works hard, and that’s why we do our best to make sure they all feel appreciated. In an organization that has over 70 programs across 20 locations, it can be hard to get to know everyone! However, our programs all work together, communicate, and make sure our clients are not just surviving, but thriving. A child at our Supervised Visitation program might have a parent who needs counseling on better parenting strategies—our staff would call our Long Island Parenting Institute to make sure that happens. A client who is receiving assistance from HEAP and WRAP might also be a senior in need of meals—our staff would call our Meals on Wheels program. We’re all in this together, and our staff are connected despite their distance.
Recently, staff received EAC Network jackets. Whether they’re from a TASC program on Staten Island or a children’s program miles away in Suffolk County, our jackets show that we are all on the same team. It’s a small way to show agency-wide appreciation, and we are always thankful for and impressed by the great work our team does. Without our amazing staff, we can’t serve our community. Without our amazing staff, EAC Network can’t be the best we can be.
